Therapy Rates & Fees
50-Minute Individual Session — $220
Our standard session length provides enough structure and depth to help you make consistent, sustainable progress each week.
70-Minute Extended Session — $300
Some clients choose longer sessions to allow for deeper work, especially when exploring patterns that have been difficult to shift or when incorporating more experiential approaches. You can discuss with your therapist which format best fits your needs and goals.
Sliding Scale Options - We believe therapy should remain accessible while maintaining the quality of care that leads to real results. A limited number of sliding scale spaces are available based on financial need. Please reach out to your therapist directly to learn more or to inquire about current availability.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Inner Balance Therapy Group is an out-of-network practice and does not accept insurance directly. Many clients choose this private-pay model for the added privacy, flexibility, and individualized attention it allows.
If you wish to use your insurance benefits, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network policies.
Out-of-Network Benefits Support
While we do not accept insurance, some clients have out-of-network benefits. To make this process easier, Inner Balance Therapy Group partners with Thrizer, a benefits-verification service that helps clients understand and navigate their out-of-network coverage.
Thrizer can assist with eligibility checks and reimbursement estimates so you have clearer expectations before beginning therapy. Use of Thrizer does not guarantee reimbursement, as coverage depends on your individual plan.

We believe in supporting your journey to complete therapy, and as each individual differs in the intensity and length of issue, we always encourage a collaboration with your therapist to plan what is best for you in ways to support time frames for your progress. You are never required to return after a session, and we are ethically bound to refer out if progress is not achievable. Some clients can begin to notice small shifts within the first sessions — sleeping more easily, feeling less reactive, or noticing they can pause before spiraling into overthinking. Change often begins in subtle moments that build into steadiness over time.
